80jilli is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of all users, including registered players, visitors, and prospective players in the Philippines. 2. Data Controller

For the purposes of the Data Privacy Act of 2012, 80jilli acts as the Personal Information Controller (PIC) in respect of the personal data collected through the Platform. As PIC, 80jilli determines the purposes and means of processing your personal data and is responsible for ensuring that such processing complies with applicable Philippine data protection laws.

80jilli has appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO) who is responsible for overseeing compliance with this Policy and applicable data protection legislation. Contact details for the DPO are provided in Section 14 of this Policy.

• Processing deposits and withdrawals — necessary for the performance of the contract and compliance with financial regulations.
• Fraud prevention and security — necessary for the legitimate interests of 80jilli in protecting the Platform and its players from fraudulent activity.
• Customer support — necessary for the performance of the contract and the legitimate interest of 80jilli in providing quality service.
• Responsible gaming compliance — necessary for compliance with PAGCOR responsible gaming requirements, including age verification and self-exclusion management.
• Marketing and promotions — based on your consent, where you have opted in to receive promotional communications from 80jilli. You may withdraw consent at any time.
• Platform improvement and analytics — based on the legitimate interest of 80jilli in improving the Platform experience for all players.
• Legal and regulatory compliance — necessary for compliance with applicable Philippine laws, including reporting obligations to PAGCOR and the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC).

6. Sharing Your Personal Data

80jilli does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties. We may share your personal data with the following categories of recipients, strictly on a need-to-know basis and subject to appropriate data protection safeguards:

• KYC and identity verification providers — to verify your identity and age in compliance with Philippine gaming regulations.

80jilli retains personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law. The following general retention periods apply:

• Account and KYC data : Retained for the duration of your account and for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering record-keeping requirements.
• Financial transaction data: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of the transaction, as required by the Anti-Money Laundering Act (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended).
• Communications and support data: Retained for three (3) years from the date of the communication, unless a longer period is required for dispute resolution or legal proceedings.
• Technical and usage data: Retained for up to twelve (12) months from collection, after which it is anonymized or deleted.
• Marketing consent records: Retained for the duration of your consent and for one (1) year following withdrawal of consent, as evidence of compliance.

When personal data is no longer required, 80jilli will securely delete or anonymize it in accordance with our data disposal procedures.

In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms, 80jilli will notify the National Privacy Commission (NPC) within seventy-two (72) hours of becoming aware of the breach, and will notify affected players without undue delay, in accordance with NPC Circular No. 16-03.

80jilli will respond to all data subject rights requests within thirty (30) days of receipt. In complex cases, this period may be extended by a further thirty (30) days, with notice provided to you. There is no fee for exercising your rights, unless requests are manifestly unfounded or excessive.

If you are not satisfied with how 80jilli has handled your personal data or responded to your rights request, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines.

11. Minors and Age Restriction

The 80jilli Platform is strictly intended for persons who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. 80jilli does not knowingly collect personal data from persons under the age of 21.

If 80jilli becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 years of age, we will take immediate steps to delete that data and close the associated account. If you believe that a minor has registered on the Platform, please contact us immediately at the details provided in Section 14.

12. International Data Transfers

80jilli primarily processes personal data within the Philippines. In limited circumstances, personal data may be transferred to or processed by service providers located outside the Philippines — for example, cloud infrastructure providers or international fraud prevention services.

Where such transfers occur, 80jilli ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your personal data, including contractual clauses that require the recipient to provide a level of data protection equivalent to that required under Philippine law, in accordance with NPC guidelines on cross-border data transfers.
